The Canadian Government ends its complicity and cut all ties with Israel as it persists in its genocidal goal aimed at destroying all of Palestine and Palestinian life along with attempts to destroy the Middle East. 

The Canadian government must:

• Condemn Israel’s open declaration of war on Iran that threatens not only the existence of those in the region but the lives of all of us globally. Canada along with the G7 must demand a ceasefire now!
• Demand that Israel stops the bombing, starving and genocide of Palestinians in Gaza.
• Demand that Egypt stops acting as a defence for Israel and end the attacks and violent arrests of volunteers taking food to Palestinians in Gaza.

NPPC demands that Bill C-2, known as the Strong Borders Act, introduced by Carney and the Federal Government, be rescinded immediately.

• This bill will further punish those seeking asylum particularly racialized refugees, queers and trans who already face violence and intense regulation at the border due to the newly imposed reduction in time allotted to claim asylum.
• This Bill if allowed to take effect will result in many refugees, queers, trans and gender non-conforming individuals being denied asylum.

NPPC demands that Bill C-5, known as the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, introduced by the Ford Government, be rescinded immediately.

• The bill would grant sweeping powers to fast-track major infrastructure projects, undermining Indigenous rights, environmental and species protections, and democratic accountability.
• This act authorizes mining companies to invade and conduct extractions of minerals on Indigenous Treaty Land, such as the “Ring of Fire” region, a 5,000-square-kilometre region northeast of Thunder Bay.
